Great Lakes Woman loves hearing from you, especially when you want to share with us the name of a woman whose story should be told.

We cannot promise that we will be able to feature everyone who is recommended, but your suggestions will help us identify women we might never have heard about.

Geography does not matter! If you know of a cool woman in Ironwood, or in Copper Harbor, let us know! We love the U.P. and we just might take a drive up there…or, we could always interview her on the phone.

Whose Stories Do We Want to Share?

Every woman’s story is worth telling, but we most especially enjoy meeting those women who never seek the spotlight, but whose dedication to their communities helps make them better places to live.

And we do, most certainly, want to hear about the CEOs and the movers and shakers in your communities, too. They probably worked hard to scramble their way to the top and that deserves recognition, too.

Finally: we are most interested in sharing stories that are about women who are diverse, open and inclusive, who are welcoming to all no matter who they love, no matter the color of their skin, and no matter what faith they practice, if they practice any faith at all.
